I’ve spent over 25 years immersed in the world of business—starting as a kid in my family’s business, exploring accounting, and even rebuilding micro-businesses in Bosnia and Kosovo. These experiences shaped my passion for helping people navigate both life and business, leading me to become a professional coach after studying in Melbourne.
As an introvert who just gets things done, I’ve carved out success on my own terms—living what I believe prosperity is truly about: balancing life and work while thriving in both.
Growing up as the eldest child, I took on responsibilities early, raising my siblings and facing my own learning challenges. School didn’t always provide the tools I needed, so I had to learn how to survive—and later, how to thrive—the hard way. These experiences give me a deep understanding of the struggles small business owners face, whether it’s feeling “not good enough” or not knowing where to begin.
Getting to my first $1M in business, I’ve faced many of the same challenges my clients experience: navigating who to trust and learning tough lessons along the way. Now, I use those lessons to empower others—helping business owners move from reactive to proactive, from managing to strategising, and from juggling to building sustainable growth.
I’m also passionate about conflict resolution and helping people see new perspectives, finding fair ground where everyone feels valued. Advocacy is important —whether it’s for your business, your family, or your dreams—because it’s what I’ve had to do for myself and my loved ones.
Outside of my work, I’m a devoted wife and mother of two, always exploring ways to live my best life. Since having children, I've been interested in learning more about the family background and culture.
Understanding and celebrating culture has become a significant part of who I am. I’m honored to serve as the Deputy Chair Director for the AUS-NZ Croatian Women in Leadership group, where I’ve played a key role in developing our women's group and creating an annual STEMM Competition to inspire the next generation of Croatian diaspora youth.
