(1) The Practice Prosperity Group determines that the coaching client is a threat to himself or herself, or another person;

(2) there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, an elderly or disabled person;

(3) the coaching client is threatening to commit a crime;

(4) there is a medical emergency; or

(5) through a court order to disclose the coaching client’s records.
